Shipping and Returns
Orders (general):
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours or before it is dispatched. Orders that have been delivered cannot be canceled or refunded.
Coffee Orders:
No cancellation or replacement will be accepted for requests to grind coffee orders.
Refunds (if applicable):
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email and send your item to: Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, United Arab Emirates.
