The Barista Skills Foundation is a 1-day course designed to introduce learners to the essential skills required behind the espresso bar. This hands-on program builds a strong base in espresso preparation, milk texturing, and basic latte art, while also covering coffee knowledge, workflow, health and safety, and customer service. It’s the perfect starting point for anyone beginning their professional barista journey.
